JRC Precision Chambers focuses primarily on chambering barrels, working to ensure that the core component of your rifle is as ready for competition (or whatever your shooting endeavor) as it is possible to be.  Nobody can guarantee a .25 MOA barrel, but we can guarantee the chamber job won't be the reason why it's not.
